Sonesta ES Suites Torrance Redondo Beach

Best place to stay no matter if its short or a longer stay. I was skeptical about the cleanliness of the room after reading all the comments online. I thought its going to be stinky and dirty furnitures as per the online reviews. But they surprised me with their super clean, best service. All furniture's are new, mattress is very comfortable, pull out sofa is very spacious. Room service is topnotch. They serve the the yummy hot complimentary breakfast 7 to 9. I dont know who cooks but doing a gr8 job. They have no problem for my mother takes food for me to the room since I am having some medical issues. They bring fresh towels and linen whenever u ask for. They have a full kitchen with pots and pans, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker toaster . 52" TV is in both living and bedroom, not smart TV but u get to watch the local channels. There was no smell at all of pets in the room. Tons of paper towels in kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, lotion and hair dryer. Ms.Shawntay at the reception is a beautiful person helps u with everything u ask for. Dont just change your plan staying here reading some negative comments. This is not even a problem but in future they could attach a handle for the door to the toilet. Plenty of car parking space available. Its closer to Walmart, Trader Joe and restaurants. Torrance Promenade mall is only 5 mints drive. Or yellow cab comes all the time. U could ask the reception to call the cab. They have a jaccuzi and pool for guest use. Overall i am happy and will definitely come back. I am going to be here for couple of weeks and hope to see them welcoming more beautiful hearts.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The rooms are incredibly spacious—honestly, they felt more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. It made the stay so much more comfortable, especially for anyone traveling with family or needing extra space. The location is also fantastic. Just one block away from a shopping mall, it’s super convenient for dining, shopping, or just strolling around. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to both the 405 freeway and the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their friendliness really added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and great service, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Some of my employees had the pleasure of staying at The Sonesta ES Suites Torrance Redondo Beach, And it exceeded all their Expectation's. From the moment they walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set a positive tone for their visit. The suites are spacious and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic addition, allowing them to prepare their own meals and enjoy a cozy stay just like if they were at home. I must highlight the outstanding service provided by one of the employees, Cassie Avila. Cassie always goes above and beyond to ensure y employees stays are memorable. She always helps me reach out to other hotels when they are needed as my employees travel a lot. From her warm and friendly demeanor to her willingness to assist with any questions or concerns, she truly embodies exceptional customer service. Her knowledgeable recommendations for other out of state hotels makes me want to keep using Sonesta for future Travel. Overall my employees stay at Sonesta Es Suites Torrance Redondo Beach was fantastic, and i Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I stayed at Sonesta in Dec 2025.OMG everything is best in that place except the front desk staff Sara. She has such an attitude. She is literally has no respect towards customers. I stayed there for a weekend. Everytime I pass thru that front desk I felt so ill treated.. She has issue with colored people. She wouldn't hand out any information I asked for. I was visiting this place for my doctoral meetings and I was expecting my company staff to hand out some papers which had to publish next day. She refused to check on it. She confirmed it only after my staff called her directly about the hand out. Rest of the reception staff were very polite and helpful. Why would i come back to that place if i am being treated with disrespect? Such a rude staff.

After traveling around the U.S. for a month, we got tired of eating out, so we booked this room with a kitchen. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. Thank you, Angel and Cassie. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Outstanding place to stay. Quiet, discreet, clean and resonable...I. pretty critical of motels and hotels. I wish I had something bad to say. Breakfast mornings are a delight with great variety. Just to be usual they could've had champagne in the rooms

Our home away from home. We love it here. From the front end staff, to our extremely clean rooms, to our free breakfast. Customer service is top tier. Worth the daily cost. The Moore’s.

Recently renovated but still lacking some minor attention to detail. Example clocks, curtains, and remotes needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Additionally, like many other non-corporate Sonesta hotels, rooms are being rented out like apartments. Whoever lives next to or underneath room 121 played music at all times of the day at annoying levels. Aside from that everything was decent.
